Provisional Errata: Minimum Damage
I am not sure if this is an errata yet (or not) but it has been pointed out to me by someone who bought this that your characters can successfully hit someone during combat, and still not do any damage (since the rolls to determine the success of an attack and how much damage it does are separate from each other, like in a number of RPGs). Is this good genre emulation? Probably not, and it could be frustrating to players during play. A good work around could be to have attacks do a minimum amount of damage. This assumes that, even if your roll for damage comes up bad, your character will still do something with their attack. I would suggest any melee weapon does a minimum of 2 points of damage on a successful attack, and any sort of firearm does a minimum of 3 points of damage. I may put this into the game as an "optional rule" rather than full rule, leaving it up to individual GMs to decide in their games. Whichever way I decide, this will be incorporated into the text for the next version of the game released.
If anything else like this pops up, please direct your questions to me on either Bluesky or the Discord server for my games.

Excellent, thanks for thinking through this issue!
This seemed like the easiest way to handle it. The more that I've thought about it, the more likely that it will be an official rule once I put up an updated file.
